Former Ambassador to China, Former Governor of Washington State, and Interim President at Bellevue College Gary Locke has been at the forefront of addressing and combating Anti-Asian Racism as U.S.-China relations deteriorate. As a representative of the Asian American community, Locke brought his diplomatic expertise to join Penn Law Professor Jacques deLisle in discussing U.S.-China relations and the ongoing social campaign against the surge of hatred, violence, and discrimination against Asians.
